We would like to thank our future sponsors of the Community Health Mission’s ‘Savannah Fun and Fitness Outdoor Expo’ for reviewing our sponsorship information. This spectacular event will feature four great fitness challenges that will be developed and monitored by a fitness professional, Reese Brown from Fitness by Reese. The events will consist of the Community Health Mission’s 5k Walk/Run, in conjunction with Fitness by Reese’s 5th Savannah Strength and Endurance Challenge, a Kids Fitness Challenge and finally a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament. Along with these fitness challenges we will also educate the community by providing health and community interest informational booths. During the events there will also be live entertainment and food vendors.
The event will help raise money for the Community Health Mission. The Community Health Mission (CHM) is a nonprofit medical organization providing $6 Million dollars of free Primary Medical Care & Prescriptions to 8,000+ low-income adults with no insurance in the Chatham County area of Savannah Georgia (for additional details feel free to visit www.chmsavannah.org)
Your company is being asked to help make the marketing of this event a success, while at the same time giving your business the exposure it deserves. Your sponsorship dollars will help this event become a reality for the Community Health Mission. It’s what will make it possible for 100% of the proceeds from the 5k Walk/Run participants and raffle tickets sold, to go to helping our local working people receive free healthcare.
The advertising and marketing that will accompany the event will also benefit your company as well. We will be distributing over 10,000 full color fliers, utilizing a 6,000 piece direct mail campaign, sending out 1,000’s of email invitations, utilizing several different advertising mediums, placing full color posters throughout the Savannah area and taking advantage of a specialized website (www.savfun.com) that will allow visitors to view changes and improvements to the event, sign-up for the events, and much more. We feel that placing your name on this event will not only enhance your company’s image but it will also attract new business.
The marketing and graphic design is being developed by N’Spire Marketing Group and the success of this event will be attributed to the many great sponsors we will receive.
